You can do it. You can do it without eating disorders. You can do it healthily. You can do it eating things you want. You can do it slowly. You can do it fast. You can do it counting calories. You can do it exercising. But you have to want to do it.

Push-ups on an exercise ball - This exercise works your chest, back, shoulders, and arms.
Assume starting position as shown, hands out to shoulder width. Slowly lower upper body toward floor by bending at elbows. Make sure to keep abs contracted and hold the ball still.
